　　你是不是曾经也像我一样被视频网站“弓虽女干”过而气愤？收藏了多年的VOB格式高清视频，上传到视频网站后被强行转换为低品质的FLV格式，超过10倍的有损压缩是不是让你觉得分享你的视频简直是一种侮辱？没关系，我来告诉你怎样上传高清视频文件。这个方法是根据Youtube网站流行的上传高清视频方法修改而来，经过本人[就是RainStone@LPCC，本帖原创]摸索验证，证明可用。 　　首先要准备视频转换软件，把你的视频转换成可以被视频网站接受的高质量FLV文件，重点就是“可以被接受的” 　　比较好用的软件就是Total Video Converter，我用的是Total Video Converter V3.11 汉化绿色版，下面这个下载网站是我用过的，没有病毒或木马，假如您信不过我的话，可以自己搜索. <A
